Just simmer your herbal blend, strain, and add ¹/² cup of honey or maple syrup for a naturally sweetened homemade elderberry syrup.

One kit makes approximately 1 pint of syrup!

Store your finished syrup in the refrigerator, where it can last approximately 2–3 months when properly prepared and stored.
